Depending on what output format you choose, the advanced settings changes.

Output to video and Final Cut Pro

Insert the wanted width and height of your video and the fps (frame per second).

When exporting a file to Final Cut Pro, you must remember your advanced output settings because Final Cut Pro asks you to enroll this when uploading the XML-file.

A good average frame rate is between 24-30 frames per second. Anything lower than 20 frames-per-second will result in choppy videos motion

Output to DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro
