How to set:
Depending on what output format you choose, the advanced settings changes.
Insert the wanted width and height of your video and the fps (frame per second).
When exporting a file to Final Cut Pro, you must remember your advanced output settings because Final Cut Pro asks you to enroll this when uploading the XML-file.
