Import XML-file to
DaVinci Resolve

When you choose DaVinci Resolve as an output, your recordings will be exported to an XLM file.

XML-files is an extensible markup language file, and it is used to structure data for storage and transport. In an XML file, there are both tags and text. So, to put it in short: XML files are brilliant.

Select DaVinci Resolve in NoEdit

How to find DaVinci Resolve as output 

1. Open Borbaki NoEdit
2. Go to Settings → Choose Output → Add Output
3. Select DaVinci Resolve → Add
4. Push the ‘Run button’
5. Find the XML-file in your Download folder

Import XML file to DaVinci Resolve

  1. Open a new project in DaVinci Resolve Studio.
  2. Press “command+shift+i” and go to the downloaded XML-file.
    1. Press “No” when ‘The clip was not found’ is shown
  3. Press “command+i” and select the video file in the downloaded folder.

Now you can see your edited file and where NoEdit has made the cuts. So you can make the last adjustment to your recording.
